Venus In Firs | Marsanne Orange Wine | 11.35%

Venus in Firs is a skin contact Marsanne orange wine.  The grapes were sourced in 2023 from Sunland Vineyard (Yakima Valley AVA).  The vineyard is LIVE & Salmon Safe certified.  The grapes were crushed, destemmed and fermented spontaneously on the skins for 5 weeks.  It was transferred to stainless steel and bottled under cork at the end of 2023.  The wine is rich with notes of white lily and mandarin, it finishes beautifully with just the right amount of tannic grip.
