2023 Pét Nat Siegerrebe | 12.5%

Farmed by us at a site near our estate vineyard, these grapes were grown without sulfur in the vineyard or any hebicide, fungicide or fertigant.  The fruit harvested by hand, was crushed & destemmed and cold soaked on the skins overnight.  This 2023 Siegerrebe is unfined, unfiltered, sulfite free and finished fermenting in bottle to capture the slightest effervescence.
