Ojala | Still white | 12.2% ABV

This wine is a delicate expression of the cool maritime climate of the Puget Sound AVA.  On the nose, it offers a bouquet of wildflowers, ripe apricot and a hint of honeysuckle.  The palate is light and refreshing with flavors of juicy white peach and Meyer lemon.  The Siegerrebe contributes bursts of aromatics while the Madeleine Angeline brings crisp acidity and a clean mineral driven finish.  

Pairing Suggestions: Perfect alongside fresh Pacific Northwest seafood such as oysters, Dungeness crab or pan seared halibut.  It also pairs beautifully with goat cheese, herb salads or light pasta dishes with lemon and olive oil.
