Mountain Doodle

Hendre Huffcap Perry made with pears hailing from the Skagit Valley.  This Perry was spontaneously fermented and bottle conditioned using local raw honey.  It is a rich and aromatic Perry with floral notes, accompanied by a gentle astringency and a dry crisp refreshing finish.  5.0% ABV
