2024 Stoke Red Cider

This cider was made using the Stoke Red apple—a bittersharp with high tannins, deep golden hue, structured mouthfeel, vibrant acidity and complex aromatics.  This cider was fermented spontaneously and bottled conditioned with raw local honey.  It is unfined & unfiltered with a 6.0% ABV
